Services include custom home & cottage building, substantial renovations & additions, commercial interiors, design & working drawings and project management. We are also receptive to alternative construction methods (i.e. environmentally friendly & non traditional).

About Peter Smith 

As a graduated Architectural Technician from Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario, Peter Smith is a professionally qualified building contractor, with over 24 years of carpentry and construction experience.

Established in 2002 our construction firm is built on a foundation of integrity. We are a Tarion Registered Builder and are BCIN certified designers - meaning under the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing's new regulation, we can legally design your project and obtain the required building permit. We are fully insured and comply with all Workplace Safety & Insurance Board regulations.

We use time honoured methods to ensure quality, blended with leading edge building technology for efficiency and longevity. Peter Smith Construction takes pride in the high quality of their work and offer excellent service, communications and organizational skills. This guarantees our projects run smoothly, on time and on budget, making the building process as enjoyable as possible for our clients.
